Vagaro is our booking platform for both our side and yours. I've noticed some issues with their software after updates causing web browsers to crash. It appears that our site is down, but it is definitely working. I spoke with tech support, and they are moving to app-based support only. I don't want you to miss out booking or buying a gift card with us, or struggle through online. The app will take care of this issue. You can still always call and leave a message if I cannot answer. Appointments for same day will need to be booked through the app, if available. All therapists require a two-hour window. The system will not allow you to book an immediate appointment. We are most likely working with a client, or we are not at the office. All therapists are independent contractors and set their own schedule and will always try to accommodate same day appointments, hence a two-hour window. Sorry, we do not take walk-ins and all appointments for massage, skin or even a gift certificate should be scheduled with us directly so that we are at the desk for you. We are a small company and each individual therapist will run the desk before and after the appointments for a personalized experience.
